This Little Touch LeapPad Learning System is one of the best educational toys in the market (for me at least). I’m so glad my brother-in-law bought one for my son when he came home from Saudi Arabia last year. Greggy started using it when he was 1 year old and he really loves playing it. It came with two books: Baby’s First Words which introduces first words, speech patterns and sound-object association and the other one is Guess How Much I Love You which introduces classical music, emotions, sound patterns and rhythms. This toy really helped in my son’s psychomotor development.

I wish to collect all the other books but unfortunately they’re only available in the US. I checked the Leap Frog website and they’re currently on sale for $3.99 (original price is at $12.99). I tried placing an order but they don’t ship to the Philippines. Too bad!!!

Anyway, I really do recommend this to all parents. Please buy one for your kids too! Check out the Leap Frog website for more educational toys. FYI, this is not a paid post. LOL.

Busy playing his Leap Pad and animal board books

*******************

UPDATE 7/20/2008: My husband and I went to Toy Kingdom, SM Megamall last week and found out that they’re selling this awesome Leap Pad for 3,500php. It sooo expensive! The extra books cost 999 each. Whoa! I guess I’ll just ask a friend from the US to buy the extra books that Greggy does not have since they’re way cheaper there.
